Form submissions are processed on the lawful basis of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Newsletter signups are processed on the lawful basis of explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Retention

Form submissions are retained for the duration of any resulting engagement plus statutory retention periods under Austrian commercial law. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
